What is your billing policy?
You are charged the cost of the shirt plus the cost of shipping the item(s), rest assured these are the only payments to be made by you. Your transactions will be securely processed through PayPal's payment processor, we do not store customer credit card information. Your transaction with us is safe! PayPal accepts PayPal payments directly, as well as all major Credit/Debit Cards. You'll be taken to the PayPal site where you DO NOT need to register for an account, you can made a one-time payment by credit card by choosing the "Don't have a PayPal account" option.
Where do shirts ship from?
We ship worldwide so have a few facilities, depending on where you order from it will be shipped from Onatario, Canada or NYC, New York.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Most definitely! We provide tracking for all orders shipped within the US. Your tracking number will be emailed to you with a link once your order has been shipped.
What is the average wait time?
Our products are made-to-order, which means it takes a day or two before they get shipped out. The average wait times vary for each country, but we ship via USPS and people in the U.S. should expect their order at their door within 2-4 business days when selecting Fast-Track Shipping and 3-6 business days with standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
Buyers will be refunded 100% for any t shirt which arrived defective on arrival. We only offer a 100% refund for defective/poor quality orders as our products are made-to-order. If you have wrongly given us your size or if you order a size, receive that size but are not happy with the fit, we cannot provide you with a full refund. We can take back product(s) that do not fit or you simply want to return for a $7 restocking fee for shirts and a $15 fee for Hoodies.
